Heads care

Every head connects to the body with a single M16 screw. Line the screw up with the threaded pipe in the neck and turn it clockwise until it's as tight as you want.

There are three screw types: a regular threaded M16, an M16-to-M8, and a fast-release screw, which threads into the head at one end and pushes into the neck at the other, so the head comes off quickly. If a screw is lost or damaged, replacement M16 neck screws are sold separately.

Before you buy a replacement head, check that its listing says it is M16 compatible. You can mix and match heads and bodies within the same range. Make sure the skin colour is the same.

A head from a different range may be a slightly different tone. A choker or a scarf covers the join neatly.

Keep water away from the neck joint and the head, because the skeleton inside has metal parts. On a silicone face, wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap rather than soaking it.

Don't scrub, especially a silicone face, where scrubbing can wear the makeup. Treat it the way you'd treat a human face: gently.

Most regular makeup is safe on TPE. To take it off, use baby oil or a makeup remover made for silicone or TPE, and work gently.
