Eyes care

Changing eyes is a job for TPE heads. Silicone heads use a special eye, and their eyelids aren't as flexible as TPE, which makes the change much more difficult. We don't recommend trying it yourself on a silicone head.

You can replace the eyes or the wig to change your doll's look, and replacement eyes are sold separately.

Spread both eyelids gently with your index finger and thumb. Open them only as wide as you need, so they don't tear.

Once you can reach the bottom of the eye socket, reach in with a fingertip (an ear curette also works) and take hold of the eye. Keeping the lids open, ease the eye out by tilting it upwards, and take it between your finger and thumb.

Spread the lids the same way, insert the new eye tilted upwards, and adjust it within the socket as needed.

Never force it. Pushing the eyeball in can cut the corners of the eyelid.

Any standard eyelash set will do. Apply just enough of the set's glue to the eyelid, making sure it's TPE-safe, and place the lashes with a toothpick or a paper clip.

Keep a wet wipe ready. Excess glue that seeps onto the skin can damage your doll, so wipe it away straight away.
