How we choose and check our dolls

We do not take a factory’s word for quality. This is what happens before a doll reaches you.

STEP 1

We visit the factories

We see how the dolls are made

Our team visits the factories we buy from, to see how the dolls are moulded, painted and put together. The photos further down this page are from those visits.

STEP 2

Every production run is checked

A dedicated procurement team

Our procurement team checks each production run against our internal quality policy.

STEP 3

Authorised brands only

Certificates you can check

We sell full-size dolls from 14 manufacturers that have authorised us to sell their dolls. Their authorisation certificates are published, and you can check each one with the maker.

Photographed before dispatch
