When your doll reaches the end of its life, we can collect and dispose of it for you, assessed case by case.

If you bought your doll from Lucidtoys, we can collect it and dispose of it for you. The service is offered case by case, so contact us first to check whether we can collect your doll.
Send us pictures
We'll need pictures of the doll first, to assess whether it can go to a recycling plant. You'll find the current price, including collection, on our doll return process page.
If collection isn't possible
If we can't collect your doll, contact us before you do anything else.
