FAQs About Shipping & Delivery

When will you dispatch my order?

Order before 2pm & we will dispatch the same day. Order after 2pm & we will dispatch the next working day. (Does not include weekends & bank holidays).

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 1-2 working days depending on the delivery option choosen. Please check our delivery page for more information. Click Here.

Can I choose the delivery date & time?

You can make an order from us and let us know what particular delivery date you want. You can let us know during checkout by filling out the note box or email us after with the order number. With certain couriers, they will also allow you to adjust the date and time with the tracking number once we dispatch the order, we will provide you with a tracking number and you can actually change the delivery times by going on the DPD website or DHL website.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We offer delivery services which track the order. We use courier companies like Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, etc. A tracking number is sent when we dispatch your order. You will be notified via email with your tracking number and how to track your item.

Do you deliver on bank holidays & weekends?

Unfortunately, our delivery providers do not work on Bank Holidays, so the arrival of your parcel will be delayed for one day, in case you placed the order right before a Bank Holiday. Our delivery couriers do delivery on Saturdays. Please check our delivery page for more information Click Here.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

The courier will leave a card for you, containing all the information you need about the parcel. You can choose another day for the delivery or you can go to pick up the parcel from the nearest courier depot. If it is not collected then usually, the parcel will be held for 10 days before returning to us.

Can I get my order sent to a collection point?

Yes. Certain couriers like DPD allows you to change the delivery address and either add a collection point close to your house or an alternative address.

Can I collect an order?

Customers can purchase and collect their products from our warehouse. We are open for collections from 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday. You can contact us and arrange a time you would like to come and collect your order. For more information on collections please Click Here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the EU and North America. We use DHL, UPS, DPD and many other couriers to ship out items internationally. Please check our delivery page for more information. Click Here

Is it safe to order from you?

It is safe to shop with your credit or debit card. We use well known payment providers who encrypt your data when making an order. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

We follow data protection laws which means we keep your name, address and any other information you give us secure. We do not share any customer information.

Do you have a private policy?

How secure is my information when I place an order?

Information given to us is scrambled by our server and payment providers before it is sent over the Internet. Data is encrypted when transferred. We do not under any circumstances sell or share your data with third parties.

We will only use data for marketing purposes from our own site if you have given us permission. For example, we will email offers when you sign up if you have given us permission.

How will the transaction show on my bank statement?

The transaction will show as “LTSHOP”.

I received a fraud alert email from you. What do I do?

Our payment provider flagged your order as a potential fraud alert. This might be due to various reasons like billing address not matching the shipping address. Please follow the information on the email so we can verify with you that your order is legitimate to make sure our customers are protected from fraud. You can email us or call us if you are still unsure about what to do.

FAQs about Cancelling/Changing An Order

I changed my Mind. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order until 2 pm on the day we will dispatch. If we don't receive a cancellation request until then the order will be dispatched. If you still wish to cancel your order, then please refuse the delivery. Please note once we receive the order back we will deduct any additional charges for the refused delivery from your refund. Can I change my order?

Yes, you can contact us to change your order if we have not dispatched it for you. Please note that changing the order may cause a delay in shipping your order out on the same day.

What payment options are available?

We have multiple payment options which you can use to pay.

I don' t have a PayPal account. Can I still pay with PayPal?

Yes. Paypal is a payment gateway and can take a debit or credit card as payment without requiring a PayPal account. Simply select PayPal as the payment method and pay without registering a PayPal account. Please go to our payment options page for more information: Click Here.

Can I pay monthly instalments for the sex toys?

Can I return an order I have received?

I cancelled an item. How long do I wait for the refund?

A refund is given when the order is cancelled. Please wait 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

I returned an item. How long do I wait for the refund?

When an item has passed our return process we then refund the original method of payment and provide a email to confirm the refund amount. The shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please wait 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

How do I log into my account?

Go to the top right corner and look for the silhouette icon. Click on “Sign in” and enter the email address you used while creating the account and the password for it. Click Here for direct login page.

I forgot my password. How can I access my account?

There is a "Lost password? Recover password" button on our login page. Once you click it you will be asked to enter the email address for the account you want to log into. After clicking "RESET PASSWORD" you will receive an email with all you need to update your password.

I dont have an account. Can I make one?

I dont want to make an account on your website? Do I need an account?

You do not need to create an account to order from us. You can order as a guest and your order will be confirmed via email. Having an account allows you to see your orders and the order status which is helpful.
