Safe, discreet payments: PayPal, Klarna & card
Lucidtoys accepts PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer and payment by telephone. Card payments appear as “LTSHOP” on your bank statement, and Lucidtoys does not store your credit or debit card details. Every way you can pay us, and what happens to your card details when you do, is set out below.
Safe, discreet payments
All transactions are discreet and kept safe. Card payments will appear as “LTSHOP” on your bank statement. We do not store your credit/debit card details. Information given to us is scrambled by our server and by payment providers before it is sent over the Internet. Data is encrypted when transferred. We do not under any circumstances sell or share your data with third parties.

Fraud Alert Layer Of Security
The payment providers we use automatically check for fraud with the goal of preventing criminals from creating bogus orders or using someone's payment details. Occasionally, a customer's order may be flagged as potentially fraudulent. This could be due to the Billing address not matching the customer's details, the location of the IP being suspicious, etc.
This might be due to various reasons, like the billing address not matching the shipping address or the location of the IP address being suspicious. In these cases, we will send an email with the fraud alert. Please follow the information on the email so we can verify with you that your order is legitimate to make sure our customers are protected from fraud. Can I buy sex toys with PayPal?
Lucidtoys accepts PayPal. You can pay from your own PayPal account, or use a debit or credit card through PayPal Checkout without holding a PayPal account, because PayPal also acts as a payment gateway. Select card payment at the checkout and you are taken to PayPal's secure payment page, then returned to the Lucidtoys site once payment is complete.
Can I buy sex toys with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Lucidtoys accepts payment through both Google Pay and Apple Pay. Select card payment on the checkout page to use either.
Is there buy now, pay later on sex toys?
Lucidtoys accepts Klarna. Choosing Klarna at the checkout offers three equal interest-free instalments, payment in 30 days, or spreading the cost over up to 36 months. Klarna checks your eligibility for these options during checkout.
What will show on my bank statement?

Can I pay Lucidtoys by phone or bank transfer?
Lucidtoys takes card payments by telephone on 01865 570790, from 9:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays, excluding bank holidays, and does not store card details taken over the phone. You can also select bank deposit at the checkout, and Lucidtoys will send its bank details with payment instructions.
