How to return or dispose of a sex doll
To return a sex doll to Lucidtoys, inspect it inside the box using the instruction sachet and blue gloves supplied, photograph it, then contact Lucidtoys to arrange collection. Lucidtoys can also collect and dispose of a sex doll bought from Lucidtoys for £175, including the collection charge. For remote addresses, such as the Scottish Highlands and the islands, the price is set case by case.
A full sex doll is treated differently to our other sex toys like dildos. All sex dolls are sent with instructions on how to inspect the sex doll in the box before taking it out and using the doll. This insures that you are still entitled to return the sex doll if you feel this product is not right for you. Please ensure you follow the instructions in the box when deciding a return.
Doll return instructions
All Full Size Sex Dolls come with instructions on how to return the doll. A sachet will be in the box for you to follow how to inspect the doll before taking it out the box and using it. The instructions will be labeled:

Blue gloves will be provided in the sachet for you to use during your inspection. Please check the head and body as instructed in the instructions.
If you do not want to keep the doll after inspecting the item, then please contact us to start the return process.

Take images
To ensure the instructions where followed Please take images. Take images of the face, both sides of the hands and feet, the vagina, anus and the body. You can also take a video if you prefer this to taking images. Please take images in the box for the body. Please take images of the head in a clean environment. Please have your images or video ready when contacting us for the return. We will email you on how to send us the images or video you made.
If you have not opened the box, then images are not necessary for the doll. Please only send images of the box and send it to us.

Sending the doll back
Once the return has been confirmed, then please send the doll back. Please ensure the doll is packed neatly with the complete accessories and the foam/bubble/sleeping bag that came in the box. Please put your order number in the box so we know who it is. We can tell from the name on the delivery if you do forget to put in the package.
You can arrange your own method to return the doll or we can arrange a collection directly from your address using our delivery service (DPD). We will set a time and a date that works best for you (Monday to Friday 10am-5pm). Please make sure that the item is prepared for the collection by the time the courier arrives to pick it up. Please take a note of the tracking number. This service will incur a fee which we can provide the details depending on the weight and size of the product. (From £14.95 to £75).
You can try sending it yourself but usually, this is more expensive and causes a lot more problems in returning items.
Doll returned & refund
Once we receive the doll, we will then inspect it. We will carefully inspect the returned doll and keep a track of this process. We will let you know if we do find any problems with the returned doll. Once we have passed the inspection we then refund the original method of payment and provide a email to confirm the refund amount. The shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please allow us 5-7 working days to process this from the date we receive the doll back.
What if I handle it wrong & create a fault?
If the item has been taken out the box and packaging fully removed but not used, then please email us to discuss if we can still process a return for you. We do understand that sometimes mistakes happen and we will try our best to see what we can do to help in processing the return for you.

Photograph the body while it is still in the box, and photograph the head in a clean environment. If the box has never been opened, only pictures of the box are needed.

Lucidtoys can arrange a DPD collection directly from your address for a fee of £14.95 to £75, depending on the weight and size of the product. Collections are booked Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. You can arrange your own return method instead, but this is usually more expensive.

Lucidtoys inspects every returned doll on arrival, then refunds the original method of payment and emails you to confirm the refund amount. Allow 5 to 7 working days from the date the doll is received back. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
