Item Visit Deposit
- Book an appointment to come see 2 full dolls.
We require a deposit of £50 for visits due to customers making arrangements and not turning up. Due to the size of our items, we require time and labour to get items and arrange them. A deposit payment assures us that we are dealing with a legitimate customer and helps us cover the cost of a non-purchase or visit.
This deposit will be taken off against any purchase made. If payment for the item has already been made, then this deposit is not required.
Please give us at least 3 hours notice, so we can make the order ready for you. Please wait for a confirmation of the above appointment once placed.
Please note there is just a limited time available for the visit, a maximum of 30 minutes, due to the course of work and space restrictions
We are able to prepare 2 dolls for you to view. When making an appointment, please put in the notes or send an email which 2 dolls you would like to come and see. We will then prepare the dolls for you to come and view. It will be easier if you can provide the SKU number of the doll you would like to see, but you can provide the link or full name if you are unable to provide a SKU number.

What can I expect when I visit?
We are very welcoming and will guide you to the dolls to view. You can see 2 full-sized dolls. You will see all the accessories that come with the doll and the packaging.
You can touch the doll and move the arms and legs to see the movements with gloves. You can sit the doll in the box. Please note we/you can not position the doll in different positions. (E.g. Standing, Doggy Style, Kneeing). The doll will remain in the box at all times.
(Currently Covid-19 measurements are in place, we offer Gloves and sanitization)
One of our colleagues will answer any questions you might have.
Any additional changes during your visit will incur additional charges.(e.g. Changing the body or Head).
