Answers to the questions we get asked most before an order.
How are the sex dolls packed?
Every doll is securely and discreetly packed in strong cardboard boxes — no logos, labels, product or company names on the packaging.
How fast can I get the item delivered?
For items in stock, order by 2pm and we dispatch the same day, so you receive it the following working day.
How big is the box?
The average box size is 156 x 42 x 30cm, roughly 40kg.
Can I pay monthly for the sex doll?
Yes. At checkout you can choose PayPal Credit, or Klarna to pay in 30 days or in 3 interest-free instalments. All major cards and PayPal are accepted too.
Can I choose the delivery time?
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number and can change the delivery time on the courier’s website (DPD or UPS for dolls). More detail on our delivery page.
Can I get it delivered to a collection point instead of my house?
Yes, DPD lets you change the delivery address to a collection point or an alternative address. The item is heavy, so make sure you have a vehicle to collect it with.
Can I see more images of the sex doll?
