From warehouse to your door, in three steps.
Quality Check & Repack
We take an hour before dispatch to open every box for a quality check, take photos, and re-pack your doll. We check for issues before your order leaves the warehouse, not after.
Same-Day Dispatch
Every order placed before 2pm is dispatched the same working day, so it's typically delivered the following working day.
Tracked DPD Delivery
Once dispatched you get a tracking number so you can manage delivery through dpd.co.uk.
