Dispatch times

We dispatch all orders before 2pm each working day to ensure you receive your items fast. We know that, when you order a toy, your first concern is the delivery and the way your goods are packaged.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email about the delivery once dispatch with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in your order account or email to see the progress of your package.

Delivery times

Please note that while nearly 95% of our UK packages do arrive the next day once dispatched, it may take an extra day to arrive due to courier services having busy periods or backlogs. If you package takes more then 2 days, then please contract us for us to investigate for you.

Discreet delivery

Every shipment is checked carefully and each item is packed as compact as possible, to ensure the best protection of your order. Also, we pack using only top quality mailing materials and we send our goods discreetly packaged. That means no company names, logos or product titles. Our items come in plain bags or boxes. All the dolls and larger orders are being dispatched in boxes. However, we can pack any item in boxes as long as you select the Next Day Delivery option and leave us a comment on the order, stating you'd like to receive the item packed in a box.

How we package items: sex dolls, sex torsos, medium items and small items all ship in plain boxes or bags with no labels, no description and anonymous shipping

Once we process and dispatch your order, you will receive an email to inform you about the status of your purchase. Usually, our goods should arrive at the destination the next day after they’ve been dispatched.

Collections & visits

We allow collections at our warehouse. Simply select collection at the checkout when selecting a delivery option.

You can collect Tuesday to Friday from 10am - 5pm (Except holidays). We require at least a 3 hour notice period to have your order ready.

Please confirm your collection date and time by email or telephone. Please wait for the confirmation, before you come to collect your order and have a form of ID to confirm your order.

Does Lucidtoys offer same-day dispatch?

Lucidtoys dispatches all orders placed before 2pm on a working day the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Weekends and bank holidays are not working days.

How much does UK delivery cost?

Royal Mail Tracked 24-48 costs £2.95 and takes 1 to 2 working days. UK DPD tracked delivery costs £7.95. DPD delivery before 12:00 costs £14.95. Heavy items of 25 kilograms or more cost £34.95 by DPD or UPS, or £44.95 for delivery before 12:00.

Is Lucidtoys delivery discreet?

Every Lucidtoys shipment is sent discreetly packaged, with no company names, logos or product titles on the outside. Items come in plain bags or boxes, and all dolls and larger orders are dispatched in boxes.

Can I collect my order from Lucidtoys?

Lucidtoys allows collection from its warehouse at 15 Stationfield Industrial Estate, Kidlington, Oxfordshire OX5 1JD. Select collection at the checkout. Collections run Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, excluding holidays, and Lucidtoys needs at least 3 hours' notice to have an order ready. Confirm the date and time by email or telephone first, and bring photo identification.

How long does international delivery take?

DPD tracked EU shipping takes 2 to 3 working days and starts at £19.95. UPS tracked delivery takes 2 to 3 working days and starts at £25.00. DPD tracked delivery to Ireland takes 2 working days and costs £49.95.
