Why buy extra wigs for your doll
A doll arrives with one wig. A second one costs £24.95 and goes on and comes off without tools — nothing glued, nothing cut, nothing permanent. It is the cheapest change you can make to a doll you already own, and the only one you can undo.

Our wig copy reads: “Simple to put on and to remove - With adjustable hooks, for a tight fit.” Nothing is glued and nothing is cut, so a second wig is a change you can make and reverse the same evening.

The fibre is synthetic and our copy describes it as “Silky, soft feel and easy to style” and “Not-tangly”, but any wig that gets handled every day looks better with a spare to alternate with.

Heads ship without hair
Buy a second head and you will need a wig for it. Our head listings say it flatly: “The head comes with NO wig.” A full doll does include one — our FAQ says dolls “come with the Head, Wig, and Body”.

Not every head takes a wig swap the same way.
Wig heads
- Arrive bare — “The head comes with NO wig.”
- The wig sits on the scalp and hooks tight.
- Swap it as often as you like, at £24.95 a time.
- This is the large majority of the 683 heads we have in stock.
Implanted hair
- 43 live listings describe implanted hair — “This head has implanted hair.”
- The hair is rooted into the head, not sitting on it.
- You cannot lift it off and put another one on, so a second wig will not give you a second look on that head.
- If you want to change styles, buy a wig head rather than an implanted one.
One more thing worth knowing if you are mixing parts from different ranges: shades do not always line up exactly. Our own head listings say “Choose your head carefully, so it matches the skin colour of the body”, and where there is a small difference they suggest “a choker or collar to hide the transition between the 2 shades”. A wig with length at the front does the same job.
