Which lingerie for your doll?
Dolls are measured in centimetres and lingerie is sold in S/M and L/XL, so there is no lookup table that turns one into the other. This page explains how to compare the two yourself, tells you honestly how small the in-stock doll-lingerie range is today, and repeats the one care warning that matters when you dress a TPE doll.
Start with what she already came with
Before you buy anything, check the box. Our doll listings say what is in the accessory pack, and lingerie is usually in it: “The pack contains: Sexy lingerie, Beautiful wig, Gloves, cleaning kit, comb and a USB Heating Rod.”
Our sex dolls FAQ is equally clear about the limit of that: “Unfortunately No, the doll doesn't come with the same clothes as on the photo. The doll comes with standard lingerie.” If the outfit in the photograph is what you wanted, that is the reason to buy a second piece.

How to size it, properly
There is no doll-size-to-dress-size chart on this site, and we are not going to invent one. Here is what each side actually gives you.
What the lingerie tells you
Human clothing sizes
Every lingerie listing carries a human size tag. Across the 110 in stock: 55 are S/M, 17 are L/XL, 12 are M, 12 are S, 7 are XL, and the rest are spread across XS/S, M/L, S/M/L, XL/XXL and one size.

Three numbers in centimetres
Every full-size doll listing is tagged with a bust, waist and hip measurement in cm. They are on the product page and in the filters. That is what you compare against.

Bust clusters at 90, 82, 88 and 80 cm. Waist clusters hard at 50 cm — 186 dolls — then 52 and 56. Hips sit at 88, 85, 78 and 90 cm.

Counts are from the 1,013 full-size dolls live and in stock on 16-Sep-2026. What this table is for: it tells you the shape of the range, not your doll's shape. Find the three cm figures on your own doll's listing, then check them against the garment's own measurements on its listing. A 50 cm waist and an 88 cm hip is a very different proportion from most human S/M cuts, so the fit that works is usually a stretch fabric, a set with separates, or something that ties rather than fastens.
One care warning, in our own words
This is the thing to know before you put anything dark on a TPE doll, and it comes straight off our FAQ.
From our sex dolls FAQ: “TPE material is very durable and elastic and the skin is porous which means it can absorb moisture and stains. Thus we do not recommend exposure to new dark coloured fabrics, or tight…” — so wash new dark garments before they go anywhere near a TPE doll, and do not leave them on her indefinitely. Silicone is more forgiving on this point: our silicone doll page says silicone “is non-porous, holds fine detail and copes with heat and stains better than TPE”.
