Start with the exact item

A product name is a useful introduction, but it is not the entire order specification. Read the description and selected options together. Confirm whether the item is a complete doll, a torso, a body, a head or an accessory, especially when similar photography is used across a range.

Keep the product link or SKU in your notes. It makes it easier to return to the same model and prevents confusion when several listings share a name. When contacting customer service, include that link rather than sending only a cropped photograph.

Separate the attributes

Read material, colour, height, weight and features as separate pieces of information. A colour name does not identify the material, and a brand name does not guarantee a particular skeleton or accessory package. For hybrid construction, confirm which material is used for the head and which for the body.

Look at the selected option before adding the item to your basket. If different versions are offered, their availability or specification may differ. Check the included-items description instead of assuming clothing, display props or every accessory pictured comes with the order.

Resolve uncertainty before checkout

Compare the listing with the relevant buying guide, but use the product's own specification for exact measurements. General guides describe a category and may not cover every variation. If two parts of a listing seem inconsistent, ask the team to clarify them before paying.

A useful final check is to explain your choice in one sentence: this exact item, in this material and colour, with these components. If you cannot do that confidently, there is probably one more detail worth confirming.
