Arrange collection in advance

Collection can be useful when you prefer to receive an order directly, but it needs to be arranged. Our delivery page explains the collection option and the current requirements. Read it before placing the order, then follow the instructions for confirming a collection date and time.

Wait for confirmation before travelling. An order confirmation is not necessarily a message saying a parcel is ready for collection. Keep the order number and any requested identification available, and contact the team if your plans change.

Think about the packaged size

Plan transport using the parcel dimensions and weight, not only the doll's height. The outer packaging adds space and needs to be handled appropriately. If you are unsure whether the parcel will fit in your vehicle, ask for the relevant information before setting off.

Consider how you will load, unload and move it at home. Large or heavy orders may require suitable assistance. Do not leave this decision until you arrive at the warehouse, particularly if stairs or limited access are involved at your destination.

Keep collection and viewing separate

Collecting an order is not the same as arranging a viewing or an unplanned warehouse visit. If you want to discuss seeing a product before purchase, contact the team and explain what you have in mind. Availability and arrangements need to be confirmed.
