Start with the product link

The same model name can appear across different sizes, materials or configurations. Include the exact product link or SKU when you contact us. That helps the team identify the listing you mean and reduces the risk of discussing a similar but different item.

If you are comparing two products, send both links and tell us what you are trying to decide. A question such as which of these is easier to store gives more useful context than asking which one is best without explaining your priorities.

Separate the facts you need
